The kennel website went offline in late December 2018 (a dated record shows a hosting-suspension page on 2018-12-25) and never returned to its prior content; the cajunlandboerboels.com domain currently redirects to a third-party advertising parking page. After the website era, the operator continued an informal social-media presence: a 2020-2021 Boerboel-community Facebook group post about Cajunland Boerboels and a 2023 Facebook video posted by user Sean Evans titled "Cajunland Boerboels 2004-2023," which publicly framed the kennel as a closed era spanning roughly 2004 to 2023. A March 2026 third-party YouTube Short titled "On our next episode, we visited Sean @seanevans9 at Cajun Land Boerboel's" suggests low-level continued presence under the same operator. No Louisiana Secretary of State entity has been registered for "Cajunland Boerboels" or "Cajunland Kennels"; no USDA APHIS Animal Care license was found; the kennel is not on the American Boerboel Club approved-breeder list; no SABBS member-list entry; no Better Business Bureau profile; and no federal civil or criminal cases name the kennel or operator. A separate Louisiana operation called "Cajunland Kennels" — run by Jake and Stephanie Fruge in Duson, breeding poodles, schnauzers, pugs, dachshunds and pitbulls, with its own dormant website last updated in August 2009 — is a different, non-Boerboel kennel that has appeared in earlier third-party directory listings as having been confused with the New Orleans Cajunland Boerboels.
