Homerun Boerboels Kennel LLC, operating as Homerun Kennels LLC, is a Lake Charles, Louisiana kennel breeding South African Boerboels and (since January 2023) Giant Schnauzers, registered as a Louisiana limited liability company. The kennel's Instagram logo states "EST. 2019" and the public Instagram bio confirms two breeds. According to Homerun's own Instagram captions, the original breeding program was founded on a single foundation pair: sire Bonafide Zeke (Davidse Indominious Rex out of Giants of Africa Delta) and dam CDH Twilight (CDH Thunder out of CDH Alsie). The pair produced a December 2021 litter of 13 puppies, several of which Homerun retained and named for baseball figures (Homerun Taz, Achilles, Barry Bonds, Dominion, Stormy, Big Red). The foundation dam CDH Twilight was sold by Homerun in January 2023, and a second 2022 litter pairing recorded in caption text was Bonafide Zeke by CavinRegal Teddy 5. A March 2022 post records the addition of an unrelated female, Triple M Harley, sourced from Triple M Boerboels. A January 2024 post states Homerun Taz was bred to Bell-Rock Remington (a CDH Amma daughter) and asserts the resulting litter would be "Nabba registered," with the post claiming Taz scored 91.0 and Remington 94.6 on NABBA appraisal. Independent registry verification of NABBA membership and these scores has not been performed.
