Clover K Ranch

Clover K Ranch is a Central California Boerboel kennel located in farmland near the giant sequoias and golden foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains [1]. The kennel's first Boerboel, Blackwell's Rorschalk from John Blackwell, was acquired in 2004, giving the program approximately 21 years with the breed [1]. The dogs are kept on roughly 20 acres, and per the kennel's site most have been shown in AKC conformation; adults complete echocardiogram, DNA, hip, and elbow imaging before breeding [1]. The kennel maintains a breeder profile on the WBBA / Boerboel Pedigree Database under 'Clover K' (breeder #324) [2]. Several dogs at Clover K were bred by Brian Rhee of BoHo Boerboels (Sacramento), and Clover K dams have produced offspring placed back at BoHo (e.g. BoHo Gomi out of Clover K Sassy Johari) [2].
