Independent records document the operation from 2019 onward: the kennel's web domain was registered that year, a November 2022 show roster lists a Cedar Spring dog in a junior puppy bred-by-exhibitor class under the owner's name and Oak Ridge address, and the kennel has held a profile on the Good Dog marketplace since 2021 that the platform lists as screened by its own team and on which the kennel states a two year health guarantee, microchipping, registration, and that deposits are taken only once puppies are ten days old [5][6][7].
